Kindle for PC

AmazonからKindleが購入できるようになっていますが、購入された人もおられると思います。私は、VAIO Xが軽いので、Kindle for PCで良いかと思いインストールして、1冊本を購入してみました。

読むのには良いのですが、まだＢｅｔａ版ということで、次の機能が将来の改善項目として残っています。

• Create notes and highlights
  Thanks to Whispersync, you can already read your notes and highlights from other devices on Kindle for PC. We'd like to add the ability to create notes and highlights using the Kindle for PC application.
• Search
  Find a word or a sentence in the book you are currently reading.
• Zoom and rotate images
  Click on an image to see an expanded view and rotate it if desired.

最後のイメージの機能はとりあえずなくても良いですが、最初の2つは早急に提供してもらいたいですね。

普通の本を読むのであれば、Kindleそのものでも良いですが、プログラミングの本を読むのであれば、PC上で読めた方が、便利ではないかと思っています。
